Hi, Im Pearl
I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Latina therapist who specializes in helping adults heal from generational trauma, sexual abuse, attachment wounds, and complex relational trauma. Abuse, whether emotional, sexual, or relational can deeply impact how we regulate emotions, view ourselves, and connect with others. Many clients I work with experience anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, hypervigilance, shame, or difficulty trusting. If you’ve ever wondered, “Why does this still affect me?” or “Why do relationships feel so hard?”, you’re not alone, and there is a path forward.
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore how past abuse, family dynamics, and generational patterns may still be showing up in your life today. Together, we’ll focus on nervous system regulation, rebuilding self-trust, processing trauma at a pace that feels safe, and creating healthier relationships, while honoring your cultural identity, values, and resilience.
Specialties: Sexual abuse & childhood sexual abuse (CSA), emotional and relational abuse, generational trauma, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation
Populations Served: Adults, survivors of interpersonal violence, Hispanic/Latina & BIPOC individuals, first-generation clients
